1. What We Are

Dr. Brims Health is a healthcare marketplace that connects patients with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and doctors for OPD, lab tests, surgery packages, IPD, teleconsultation, IVF/maternity, eye care, and ambulance services. We facilitatebookings and payments; the actual medical care and diagnostic services are provided by the respective hospital, lab, or doctor (the “Provider”).

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Login is via OTP sent to your mobile/email. Keep your device and OTP confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One Family Card may include 1 primary + up to 5 family members.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• Information on the Platform (including AI assistant and articles) is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Teleconsultations are conducted by registered doctors; the doctor-patient relationship and any prescription are between you and that doctor.
• In an emergency, call 112 or your nearest hospital immediately.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Prices shown are set by the Provider or the Platform and may include membership (Family Card) pricing.
• Payments are processed securely via PhonePe, Brims Wallet, at the counter, or by insurance/where available.
• The Family Card costs ₹249/year and unlocks member pricing; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for its terms.
• Confirmation of a booking does not guarantee a medical outcome; service delivery is by the Provider.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Platform, provide false information, impersonate others, or book on someone’s behalf without consent.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Dr. Brims Health is not liable for the medical services rendered by Providers, for delays/errors by third-party providers (payment, SMS, etc.), or for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna / Chapra (Saran), Bihar.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
